一 |     全程网办为主 线下帮办为辅     　　九省区将实现高频不动产登记业务“跨省通办”                              　　日前，辽宁省自然资源厅与吉林省、黑龙江省、河南省、湖北省、湖南省、广东省、广西壮族自治区、海南省八省（自治区）自然资源主管部门联合签订《不动产登记“跨省通办”合作框架协议书》，提出2026年年底前，九省（自治区）应充分应用互联网、区块链、大数据等技术手段，集成应用网上“一窗办事”平台，基本实现高频不动产登记业务“跨省通办”。    The International Emmy-nominated original series Four More Shots Please! is releasing its fourth and final season on December 19, 2025. Produced by Pritish Nandy Communications and created by Rangita Pritish Nandy and Ishita Pritish Nandy, the final season is directed by Arunima Sharma and Neha Parti Matiyani. It stars Sayani Gupta, Kirti Kulhari, Bani J and Maanvi Gagroo in the lead roles.                                         Signing off the year in style, the final chapter arrives just in time for the holiday season. It is a vibrant and emotional peek into the final chapter of the quartet's journeys, loaded with the comedy that made millions fall in love with this franchise in the first place. It shows glimpses of fights and long conversations, alongside some unwarranted mistakes. The unshakeable sisterhood between the four leads is also visible in the trailer. This finale is our way of giving back to everyone who rooted for this girl gang, who partied with them, cried with them, and celebrated with them."Also Read: ’I Never Believed in PR’: Kirti Kulhari on Full Plate, Four More Shots Please & More | Exclusive。         　　建立以全程网办为主、线下帮办为辅的不动产登记“跨省通办”服务机制，是九个合作省（自治区）自然资源部门打造升级版不动产政务服务体系的积极探索，是进一步优化营商环境的具体举措，旨在持续提升不动产登记便利度。九省（自治区）自然资源部门将强化信息互通共享、升级改造网办系统、加强数据安全防护，更好满足各类经营主体、人民群众市场交易和抵押融资需求。         　　本次框架协议的签订有效期为两年，包含“异地帮办，属地办理”“异地代收，属地办理”两种合作方式。首批“跨省通办”事项清单聚焦企业群众申请办理高频事项，包括转移、变更、抵押、预告、查询5种登记类型，增量房转移登记、个人间存量房转移登记、房屋门牌地址变更登记、抵押权首次登记、预购商品房预告登记、不动产登记信息查询等13个业务细类，后续逐步覆盖国有土地上房屋全部登记业务。         　　下一步，省自然资源厅将指导各市不动产登记中心增设跨省通办窗口，同步推动沈阳、大连等重点城市，与其他八省（自治区）省会（首府）城市、计划单列市等深入开展合作，拓展业务范围。                   责任编辑：刘春阳。
